On the 4 March 1994, Footlight Youth Theatre was established and today, 4 March 2012 we celebrate our 18th Birthday.  It is a bit cliché, but it really feels like yesterday that we had a go at our first production.

It is fair to say that the organisation has had its share of ups and downs over the last 18 years , all of which have made the organisation stronger.

We have enjoyed working with everyone of the 1400 members that have been part of our history who have been supported by a fantastic and dedicated set of volunteers.

We plan to mark this occasion on the 24 March 2012 at the Borough Hall with a special one night only event which will feature members past and present. Take a look at the poster below for details. 

We thank all members, parents, funders, sponsors, suppliers and partners who have supported the group over the years.

Here’s to another  18 years (at least ) !
